1. Acceptance

By accessing or using viralpulse.co.in (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

2. What the Site Is

The Site is a marketing publication: articles, guides and resources about social media, creator marketing and related topics, plus information about the agency services of Viral Pulse Media. Agency work is provided only under a separate written agreement; nothing on the Site is an offer that can be accepted by simply using it.

3. Using the Site

You agree not to:

• •scrape, copy or republish the Site at scale, or use automated means in a way that burdens the Site (normal search-engine indexing is fine);
• •attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers or other users' data;
• •introduce malware or interfere with how the Site works;
• •use the Site for anything unlawful, deceptive or that infringes others' rights;
• •click on advertisements artificially or encourage others to do so.

4. Intellectual Property

All articles, text, graphics, logos, layout and code on the Site belong to Viral Pulse Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote short excerpts with a clear credit and a link back to the original page. Anything beyond that needs our written permission. See our Copyright and DMCA page.

Third-party names, logos and platform names (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Google) are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the topics we write about. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. Content, Accuracy and Translations

We aim for accurate, current content but platforms, algorithms and rules change quickly and we do not guarantee that everything is complete or up to date. Some pages are available in several languages; translations can contain mistakes and the English version is the reference if they differ. See the Disclaimer.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Links

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may block access for anyone who breaches these Terms. We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live, the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
