What are Open Graph tags?
Open Graph tags are small pieces of code in a page's head. When someone shares your link on Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or X, they decide the title, description and image shown in the preview card.
The tags that matter most are og:title, og:description, og:image (1200 x 630 pixels works everywhere), og:url and twitter:card. A strong preview image can noticeably lift clicks on social posts.
After you fix your tags, platforms may keep showing the old preview for a while. Share the link again later, or clear the cache with each platform's own debugger. More on this in our marketing blog.
